I bought the 250g shaker of Double Shot about a month ago and it's blown me away! Not a barbecue pro by any means, but this stuff makes my cooking taste unreal! Grouse on lamb cutlets and steak on the barbie! I've used heaps but the shaker is packed full, so still got surprisingly plenty left.

Perfect mix of herbs and spices to go on any meat from chicken and rabbit through to beef and venision, a subtle and spectacular flavour thats just right.

I find I have to conserve the use of this rub. Only using it in those special times or I’ll be running out so quick.

Rubbed this bad-daddy into some bbq chicken tenders for the gang. Great mix of flavours, was not expecting the brown sugar to go as hard as it did.

Good stuff, keen to catch some water-animals to try out the other spices 👏🏻

The only thing I wouldn’t recommend putting this stuff on is your nonna’s tiramisu.

The cards are very sturdy and also aesthetically pleasing to look at. They are very well done!

Tried this rub as it uses my favourite coffee brand in the ingredients and was very pleased by the way it enhanced the taste of my steaks. Even the wife loved it!!

I use these cards all the time when I forage in the local forests. I’m new to foraging so any help I can get to make accurate identifications of fungus is gratefully received
