Banksia pods are the hidden gem of the wood smokes in Australia. Hidden in plain sight the pods are abundant and give off beautiful clean smoke with a distinctive sweet aroma.

After foraging up the pods by hand we smoke premium flake salt for hours until the salt takes on the fragrant aroma of the smoke.
