Hohnke's Rubs are the bomb. The Squealer is a particular favourite. Forget salt and pepper, it's unique and zingy flavour takes a roast chook or leg of pork to the next level and puts a smile on everyone's dial.

I am not known for my culinarily expertise, primarily because I don’t have any. Even as a simple cook I was able to make a delicious dinner. Frying chicken breast fillets that had Salt Bay rub sprinkled on them. Can’t wait to try the other products.

Last night I cooked a chicken caesar salad with the Salt Bay seasoning. Hubby and I loved it! So we tried it on steak and sweet potato fries tonight and it was, once again, delicious!
